When a customer wishes to return a product, due to the nature of some of the products and in the interests of hygiene, customers will be requested to notify FRIZZLE within 7 days of receipt citing the reasons for return.
Once accepted, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange provided the following criteria is met.
- All items must be returned in the original condition they were received, any that are deemed to have been tampered with, will be reviewed by FRIZZLE to determine whether they are eligible for a refund or exchange
- A refund or exchange will not be provided for items in a used condition, have been untied, opened or tampered with in any way.
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted unless goods are faulty. Items are not considered to be faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor management or poor application. Any returned item that has been deemed to be tampered with or used will be offered to be returned to the customer at their expense.

For added peace of mind, we offer you a 14-day money back guarantee on every purchase. Follow the simple steps below for easy returns.
Step 1: Complete the returns slip received with your order and tick the box that best sums up why you’re returning the item.
Step 2: Choose how you want to return your item.
We recommend you use myHermes or the Post Office to return your goods.
Place the returns label received with your item on to the outside of the parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office or myhermes collection point.
Note for all returns: Ensure you get proof of posting, which is available free of charge. If your item has a value of £50 or more, please request a ‘signed for’ service and ensure your item is covered by insurance.
Returns can take up to 14 days to process. If we have your email address we will email you to confirm receipt of your return. You can also check the status of your return by signing into “My Account” online. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.
Returning faulty items
If your item arrives in a damaged or faulty state, or if it’s different from the item you ordered, then FRIZZLE will happily refund the item (or replace where possible) within 14 days of delivery Just contact us.
Return P&P charges
FRIZZLE will only pay P&P charges for the cost of returning items to FRIZZLE when they are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the items have been received. FRIZZLE does not accept any liability over items lost in transit. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
