Placing an Order:
You can place order with Frizzle online, by phone or by using your smartphone or tablet.
Access to the services will require registration. Subsequent access will be subject to verification of the user’s registration details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password details to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or using your password details. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password details are kept confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in unauthorised manner.
Acceptance of Your Order
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we were unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We will send you the details of your order via email. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.
Frizzle reserves the right to terminate or withdraw any order for whatever reason it sees fit, without explanation to the purchaser. We will notify you if we do not accept your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any products from sale whether or not that product has been sold.
Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of an order.
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 2 working days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods or refund your purchase.
All Prices are in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges
Standard UK mainland delivery charges are displayed when you view the products you have selected within your basket or are given to you by the telephone operator when your order is placed. Delivery charges will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service, upon which they are automatically calculated and added to the order.
For products which are ordered for delivery outside of mainland UK, the VAT and delivery charges may vary to the price displayed on the relevant product at the time we receive your order.

To place an order by telephone call us on 0203 143 3096. Lines are open all day every day. Our friendly, trained UK based call centre staff will take your order. Your call will be charged at local rates. If you wish to place an order please have your credit or debit card to hand. We accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Delta and Visa debit and credit cards have to be registered to a UK or ROI address.
You will be asked to provide your personal details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card you present to us.

We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on weight and delivery location.
We only despatch products ordered by you once payment has been authorised.
Due to the nature of some the products we have, most products are delivered within 7 working days from the day the order is placed.
We deliver directly to the address specified in your order.
If you order products for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, they may be subject to duties and tax for which you are responsible.
We invite our customers to rate our products, write reviews and share their experiences with other customers. Reviews that are submitted to Frizzle may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. We moderate all reviews before publishing them to this site and we reserve the right to not publish any reviews that contain offensive language.
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or course beyond our control.
